Terms and Conditions

The rules for using CloudConvert's free online document and image tools.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Using CloudConvert

CloudConvert provides browser-based tools for converting, editing, compressing, and organizing files. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process every file you submit.

2. Your files and results

You retain ownership of your files. You grant us the limited permission needed to transmit, process, store temporarily, and return a file when you request an operation. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Automated conversions can contain errors or lose data. You should review every result. We are not responsible for loss caused by relying on an unverified result or by failing to keep a separate copy of your original file.

3. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attack or overload our systems, bypass usage limits, process unlawful material, or attempt to access another person's files or account. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or the law.

4. Availability and third-party services

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Tools may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party infrastructure. We may remove a tool or introduce reasonable limits to keep the service reliable and secure.

5. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CloudConvert is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiPlux will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service.

6. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@cloudconvert.tools. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
